This was regular service under a maintenance agreement, so there was no charge. He very thorough, especially cleaning the outside units, andwas very helpful explaining the system .

Yesterday, July 30, we found the unit not running and 81 degrees inside. At 2pm I called and less than 45 minutes Gavin was there, went under the house, found the issue, drove back to get part, another crawl under the house and fixed it. All of the crew at Gra-Tac are the best!!
