John was great. Made a phone call on a Saturday and he was at my house within 30 minutes. Gave me a temporary fix to get my house cool for the weekend and then came to repair my until when the supplier opened on Monday. Also, went out of his way to register my system online for the warranty after he left. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing service. Was able to come by extremely quickly. The Property Managment accidentally sent him by to the wrong unit and he was still able to come back later that day within 30 minutes. He explained everything that He was doing and even help me learn how to use my thermostat better. I would highly him to anyone needing HVAC work.
