“We are a small local restaurant in Okeana, Ohio, when we had plumbing issues last week we were in jeopardy of losing some very valuable days of sales and needed help immediately. Rick was here for 3 days resolving issue after issue that kept popping up and handled them with grace. He cleaned up after being here for hours on end, way past normal operating hours for the both of us. After hitting another roadblock he returned first thing the next morning to make sure we were good to go, he even had to work with other vendors to guarantee our set up was exactly what it needed to be.
