called 3 tines talked to 3 different people. no one could tell me where bldg 29 is. found bldg. after waiting 15 minutes for handicap parking. appointment was on 1st floor. first floor is groud floor 2nd floor is 1st floor. very poor directions.after visiting dr. De hart my rating goes up to 4 stars. she was great.
This Veterans Affairs Hospital has been a great resource for me. The doctors, nurses, and staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. UPDATE.... I have to say, after getting everything finalized and into the VA system, they have been GREAT. The Robert J.Dole Center and its employees are awesome!
Filed a BDD claim 179 days ago. Im officially retired and the VA still hasn't even contacted me to get my exams. They took over a month to accept my claim from my VSO. went to step 4. Went back to step 2, amd I've been on step 3 for over a month. No phone calls, not exams, nothing.
Do yourself a favor and drive to another state to file bc Kansas does not take care of their veterans!
