Based on patient reviews, Clifton Family Medicine has received both positive and negative feedback. Dr. Hild is a great doctor who is very attentive and takes time to learn patient concerns. His staff is helpful, friendly, and the best. Doctor Zafar and her staff are also loved by patients. Andrea Babb has clinical skill and a bedside manner that is second to none. However, some patients have experienced problems. One receptionist needs more people skills, as she just stared without a greeting. The office does not have an administrative team, and they have gotten birthdays wrong and sent blood results to the wrong address. The online portal is also in bad need of help.
I've seen a few negative reviews but I have not experienced anything of the kind. Dr Hild is a great doctor and his staff are the best. The receptionist has always been courteous and friendly. I've experienced no problems with the service.
The receptionist needs more people skills. I came in, went to the front desk, and she just stared at me, no good morning, no how can I help, no smile on her face. Come on, you can do better
I’ve been a patient here for years and have consistently received excellent service from all the staff members. I’ve recommended them to friends and they’re happy with the care as well. I’d add an extra star just for Andrea Babb, her clinical skill and bedside manner are second to none!
