“I went on a quiet Tuesday morning. When I walked in, I met Ed and told him what I was looking for.

He was very knowledgeable and immediately went to showing me the type of frames that I requested.

I saw a pair that I liked and set it aside as a possibility. I put on another possible choice while looking and really liked how it felt.

Turned out, it was the same frame, different color, from earlier! I was happy to be able to get the purple one's that I liked.

After helping me with my selection, Ed got my information and submitted it to insurance to make sure I was covered there.

Then he entered the eye prescription and the eye measurements that he took into the computer, which he did so accurately.

I was told it would probably be 2-3 weeks...it was one! I was so excited!

I buzzed right there and again, Ed made sure they were adjusted properly before I walked out the door.

This review may sound like a shout-out to Ed, but a company is only as good as it's employees. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

But most importantly, I love my glasses! They fit great and look good, too!

“I have been a client at Waren Optometry since 1992. The service has always been kind, friendly, and respectful. Every area from the waiting area, front desk, eye glass displays and examination rooms have been clean and orderly with know clutter. They even have a wonderful activity area for the younger members of the family. There is a very nice selection of eye glass wear to pick from with affordable pricing in todays market. Adrian is an amazing Optician and is able to fit you with the perfect eyewear which will complement your facial features. She is also very thorough in explaining your eye glass coverage and insurance benefits. My husband and I have trusted Dr. Waren and has stuff for over 30 years. He took extra care with his referral to a surgeon to have my husbands cataracts removed and was available for some post-cataract vision care. Thank you to Dr. Waren and his staff.“

“These lovely ppl saved me. Might sound like an exaggeration but none of us knew how I made it in to see them with how bad my eyes are. They got me set up quickly and have ALWAYS been so helpful. When I lost my glasses they helped me w my script to get a new pair even after moving to NY. They have always gone above and beyond in my experiences and I recommend them to all my friends who still live in KS.
My glasses were so durable they've been my backup pair even when I upgraded. I got my glasses in 2020. They just broke today at almost the end of 2025.
