The staff throughout the office is friendly, kind and courteous. I have never had to wait long which I appreciate. The staff who perform the initial tests make you feel comfortable and let you know what to expect for each procedure. Madeline fitted me for glasses and was exceptional. She listened to what I needed then choose several frames to try which fit my face and met my needs. I wanted lenses put in my current sunglasses. Even though the frame had been discontinued she was able to find the lenses to go in them. When I went to have them both fitted Madeline made sure they fit perfectly. Great experience!
Dr Barger understands my complicated eyes and how to get them to work well together. So grateful. For years, mostly for financial reasons, I would order my glasses from Costco but because of the differences in my eyes, I was frustrated with the quality and difficulty it was getting used to new lenses. This year, I took Dr. Bargers advice and ordered my new glasses from his office. I've had them in for one day and can already tell the difference. The quality of the lenses (progressive and transitions) are top notch. I also want to give a shout out to the staff.
