Dr. Shaw is wonderful! He takes the time to explain each detail and happily answers all my questions. His assistant is so smiley and cheerful. I had to get my mom in fast so the other doctors helped her and they were SO good with her. It’s a great group of doctors!! I can’t say enough good things about TMS.
First time there, initial reaction very favorable. My appointment went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was proficient and friendly, each step in the appointment was performed quickly and wait times in-between handoffs was very short.Will know final results once my glasses are completed...18 Feb 2024: My progressive bifocals are perfect.Just had another appt. Another very good experience
From the time I walked in, and I walked out. Dr.Shaw and the staff gave me lot's of attention and respect. And they are very informative when explaining any procedure. I do recommend TMS eyecare.
