Based on the reviews, In The Bag Cleaners provides excellent, prompt, efficient services. The staff is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and fun. They offer quick service and are kind and considerate, giving new customers a little welcome goodie. The people are great; a staff member noticed a coat hood and fur had come off, separated everything, and cleaned it. Another staff member was extra super nice and gave a customer's dog attention. When a name tag was lost during cleaning, the company tracked it down. They also restored a dry clean only silk dress that was accidentally washed, returning it to its soft, lively state at no extra cost. A coat cleaning was expedited. Highly recommended.
I’m a first timer. I came there in the afternoon and only one item was there. Wasn’t very happy. I’m not computer savvy so I had to come back and I was surprised at the price. I asked up front how much. I would have had time to decide if I could afford it or not. Be I was satisfied with the outcome.
I accidentally left my name tag on my jacket. During the cleaning process, it got lost. I contacted the company and they went through the effort of tracking it down for me. Great service!
