In the Bag was a huge help after our washing machine went out we seemed to be swimming in dirty laundry. Rather than spending all my time trying to get the laundry caught up when our new washing machine finally arrived, I bagged everything thing up and used the self service drop off on Saturday and was able to pick up all my clean and folded laundry by Tuesday! The onsite employee, Ana, was so kind and helpful. She helped me carry everything to my car and went over all the monthly membership plans they offer. I will definitely be back and might even sign up for a membership!

The young lady that was there helped me with the kiosk and when I returned I was able to get my dry cleaning. She was so nice and helpful.i do miss the in person contact but it was fine. I like In the Bag Cleaners.
