In The Bag Cleaners at 21st and 127th is beyond awesome . Tyson the manager on duty is always happy , remembers my name and is always positive . If you walk in and are in a bad mood he will change your mood in a minute . As far as the cleaning it is always spot on and ready when promised . I had chair cushions cleaned and I was told they would be ready in a week ,well it took an extra day but Tyson called to let me know why and that they would be ready the following day. . I went in to get the 4 cushions and he helped me carry them to the car. Totally unexpected but such an act of kindness . I would not trust anyone else with our cleaning . They are truly a 10+x
Great experience. They’re automating the pick up and delivery and the attendant did a great job of explaining the new processes. I had a duvet cover and shams ironed and all looks wonderful. Recommend this location.
