He explained the process to us in detail and answered every question we had. He made sure that everything was put back the way he found it, and made sure that he cleaned the areas he was working in thoroughly (we told him that he didn’t have to clean up, but he insisted which we thought was top notch). I would definitely recommend them. We will be using them again in the future if we ever have problems with our drains again.“

“I have had the pleasure of working with CJ from the Wichita office. During the last freeze of winter 2024/2025, one of our external pipes busted and flooded our basement. “Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring“

“Overall good experience. Alex and his helper came out and explained what they were going to do. They communicated great. It was because of Alex that I give them 4 stars.

However, the lady that answers the phone is not helpful. She had an attitude when I called and I almost canceled my service with them because of it.
Also, I never received an invoice for this service. I was just told to write a check or give cash.

P.S- They do not give courtesy calls. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and never received a follow up call, leaving me to call them and ask if they were still coming.“
