“We had called on Friday about getting our main line cleaned because of roots, and they worked with us on setting up an appointment revolving around our pay day, which was Tuesday. We had requested an appointment after 4pm, due to work, and we were told that they would try to get a technician out on Tuesday night, but due to staffing, it may have been pushed to Wednesday.
We were ok with either, and really appreciated the honesty.
Come Tuesday, just before 4pm, and I get a call telling me that a technician is on the way.
Chris, the technician that Roto Rooter sent out, was extremely helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way. Didn't try to sell me things we didn't need, just cleaned our main line, tested it and cleaned up after himself.
Overall, it was a very good experience, and would highly recommend.“

“I have had the pleasure of working with CJ from the Wichita office. During the last freeze of winter 2024/2025, one of our external pipes busted and flooded our basement. Water damaged the entire basement - ceiling, walls, carpet, padding, furniture, keepsakes and electronics. Needless to say, it has taken a toll on our lives and family. Enter CJ. “Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given'sServices: Flooring“

“Overall good experience. Alex and his helper came out and explained what they were going to do. They communicated great. It was because of Alex that I give them 4 stars.

However, the lady that answers the phone is not helpful. She had an attitude when I called and I almost canceled my service with them because of it.
Also, I never received an invoice for this service. I was just told to write a check or give cash.

P.S- They do not give courtesy calls. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and never received a follow up call, leaving me to call them and ask if they were still coming.“
