“Phenomenal company that makes all of the emotions involved with a awful situation fade!! Chase and Dakota made it a point to drive from Wichita and Hutchinson respectively well after hours to make sure they started dry out immediately after a random pipe burst in my basement. I'm talking 730pm on a Friday night(yes they asked if we were comfortable with it)after what I can only guess was a long back breaking week and did not care how long it took so long as we were ok with it. Professional and polite and willing to take the time to not only explain things but made sure when they left we had peace. All through the weekend Dakota was willing to answer my silly questions as well. Fast forward to today and Cody came to remove the equipment. I was at a doc appointment and was late for the time we agreed upon so sorry about thst Cody! WHAT A GUY! One man crew that worked like he was 3 men. We had probably 15+ units in our basement that he lugged out at a rate that would destroy most athletes!! Extremely polite, intelligent, and just as the first interaction with the company was adamant that he left no question unanswered. He even swept up down there knowing that Demo will come next. These three individuals not only showed that good honest reliable people still exist but also somehow found a way to make it feel like I was talking to a real friend. I also want to note that Laurie(sorry if I botched the spelling) was the point of contact to coordinate the pickup and was exactly like her Co workers dilligent, empathetic, knowledgeable, and so much more! I cannot say enough nice things about the experience that we had with Pheonix. I dont know where they find their employees but this company is filled with legends!! This company is a blessing and has earned our future business. BTW they do roofs too so don't count them out next time you go to Google for advice on who to call. Just call Pheonix and guarantee your results the first time. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone at Pheonix!!“
