My mother and I came from out of town to find ourselves in a overwhelming situation with a sick family members house. When I pulled up restoration service in that area I decided to call PuroClean and that was the best decision! Tim and Lauren were able to meet with us right away, access the situation, let us know what would be done. They worked with us long distance, keeping us informed of the progress every step of the way and did a wonderful job. My basement flooded during a big rainstorm. Tim was on-site within 24 hours of my call with him. He was great. He extracted all the water, made sure none of the drywall was in jeopardy, removed and replaced all the carpet pad and dried everything out completely. Once everything was dried out, he treated everything to prevent mold growth. Wouldn’t you know, 2 weeks later it rained really bad again, and he came back out to check in everything.
