We can’t say enough good things about Tim and his sons. We had a big mess with the record setting rain and a sump pump failure, but they were here to help right away. We had a flooded basement and we called 2 other places first. They were either booked with no waiting list or wanted a large deposit before even coming to see the property. I called Tim with Puroclean and he was able to meet be in 20 minutes. Tim and his son were nice, reliable, trustworthy and got the job done right.
If we could give six stars we would! With all the rain, our lower level actually flooded from the ground up, not through a window. We were trying to get out of town and the only company who could help us that day was PuroClean. They were at our house within 20 minutes! I can’t say enough how pleasant and efficient Tim and Luke are! Great people to work with. I will be forever grateful for their quick and kind assistance. I highly highly recommend them!
