Our pool builder was no longer in business. When the rope broke for our automatic cover, I wasn't sure who to contact. I contacted the person who took over the "dba". I called the manufacturer and he directed me to "Cover Care". They were the ones who originally installed my pool cover for the prior builder.
They explained the process to me as to possibility of warranty of materials and potential labor costs. Cover care came out within 2 days. The technicians were very professional and informative. They worked quickly and the automatic cover is working great. A professional company all around and I would call then again anytime.
Just like in past service events, the Wichita Covercare team took good care of me again today. My pool cover was only inoperative for 24 hours. The team that did my service today was very professional and most helpful.
A few years ago we used Cover Craft to replace our inground pool cover. Several years later we had a rope break and the cover box was pulling away from the concrete. Unfortunately my wife never told them about the box problem when scheduling the appointment.They easily replaced the rope and had all the concrete drills, bits and necessary tools to fix the cover box. Any other company would have drug this out into two visits. Cover Craft fixed it right the first time and came ready for the unexpected with all the tools and parts in their van. Great company and I highly recommend them.
