Doug Baker came and installed a brand new pump at our home in Wellington, KS on Friday, July 11, 2025. I waited over a month to write this review as I wanted to see the installation in action - and I'm elated to state that I am extremely pleased with the performance of the pump and the installation. Doug was responsive, efficient and absolutely delivered on what was promised.
My heat pump quit working and was under Hayward warranty. They contacted Shocker Pools and the Technician notified us on his way out and was on time to our house. He diagnosed the problem quickly, did his repair and we're back to having the chiller cool a hot pool! We were very happy with their service.
I cannot recommend SHOCKER POOLS enough!!!! We’ve always opened, closed & done all the maintenance ourselves. When we opened in April this year we discovered that our liner was pulling away from the clips (we knew this & we’re expecting it at some point-had been nursing it along for the past 3 years). After 3 quotes from others in town for twice the price, we connected with Doug & their work was flawless. Our pool is over 70 yrs old (college hill) & needed some concrete work done as well.
