Just had Rooter man out to see why another company was out just last year and was supposed to have cleaned out our septic tank and we've been getting it done around every 4 years couldn't understand why just one year about we were having to have it cleaned out again the technician came to the door and said come here I want to show you something you have been paying for nothing look at all this build up and there is no way that is from just one year and to ask me who was pumping my tank I told him he said give them a call and tell them you want your money back because they were just pumping the water out and not cleaning the tank the technician had to flush our tank seven...read full review
We needed a new septic line ran from the house to the tank they showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional and answered all our questions along the way. They went above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend them for any and all septic issues.
Many other companies left me out to dry and turned me away, but Rooterman saved the day! My toilet and shower were 100% backed up but the nice lady at the office said he would call after his current job and it must only have been 20 minutes! He came and opened my drain without any hesitation. Would recommend to anyone with an emergency drain clog who needs same day service. Thanks Jerry and Rooterman!
