Alba and her team did an awesome job! I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot that kept me from my long distance runs, and I was even dealing with that “old man” walk getting out of bed in the morning.

Through their myokinesthetic treatment, I was able to regain the flexibility and strength in my legs to hit the trails pain free again.

Alba is flexible and willing to work with you to accomplish what you need! I use her massage therapy and she is great at listening to your pain points and working to address them! Highly recommend her!

I don't know of a better person to recommend for holistic services. I have been seeing Alba for awhile now as my Health coach and pilates instructor (Even my fourteen year old enjoys her pilates classes). She is very knowledgeable. She definitely takes her time to listen to you and your concerns. We have been working together to help lessen my Long Covid symptoms and other health concerns. She has a warm and welcoming vibe. I always leave feeling less stressed. Prior to seeing Alba it had been years since I had been able to sleep the full night and wake up refreshed.
