Have all my Blood Work done here and I am so glad because it is closer to my home. The staff from the time I check in until I am finished having my blood drawn are Very Polite and Caring. I highly recommend this KU facility.

I’ve been doing physical therapy for my knee at this location. I was worried how it would go. I’ve had a lot of trouble for many years. I am so happy with Jamie and Heidi they are so nice. They are really helping me accomplish my goal. I can’t express how impressed I am. The building itself is really run down and needs a lot of work to get up to date and look inviting. However that doesn’t effect how happy I am with the physical therapy department.

This review is for the lab and radiology department and applies to a Monday mid morning. I went for a blood lab. At 9:45 am I called the main ku system line to verify my order was at West. The hold time was 5 mins. The call taker was courteous and professional and it only took a couple of minutes to get my answer. At the laboratory there was no waiting for check-in. All staff was courteous and professional. Wait time for the phlebotomist was 20 mins.
