Chelsea knows her stuff! She is always willing to answer my questions and breaks down all the technical jargon in a way I can understand. She doesn't ignore my pain or concerns. Chelsea really focuses on patient care. I look forward to our visits and continuing to heal with her assistance.

Great physical therapist! I went in with chronic neck pain and Dr. Chelsea helped me be pain free! She explains the exercises well and is easy going! She even helped me with knee pain and now I'm running again without pain.

I decided to see Dr. Jerabek after I had an accident riding a One Wheel and had a fall on some concrete last year. I landed on my left elbow and it jarred my shoulder which hurt every single day afterwards. I couldn’t even wipe the dinner table off without jolts of severe pain that paralyzed me and made me stop what I was doing. I dealt with that pain and limited mobility for 6 months because I didn’t think anyone could help me.During my first appointment, Dr. Jerabek listened to me, she believed me, and she designed and started a treatment plan.
