We hired Austin’s to do some verticutting and seeding. When I went to flag my sprinkler heads in the morning for their crew, the sprinklers would not come up. I called Austin’s and asked if they could delay the job so I could trouble-shoot the sprinkler problem. It was definitely a bigger problem than I could handle. Within minutes Sam from Austin’s came out to our place and solved the problem and helped us to bypass a stuck valve in the irrigation. She fixed the problem.
