I setup my lawncare with TruGreen few weeks back and someone came and put fertilizer the next week and asked me to contact customer care to have the aeration and seeding in the spring for both my property. I called customer service to understand the timeframe for aeration and seeding and to get to know more about it since both my property had different lawncare needs. I really felt like they have some novice people handling customer care. If I ask them is it better to have it in spring or fall depending on the bald patches and weeds in one property and good grass with little weeds in the other property. customer care person kept asking "what do YOU want?". It is important to be present when a Trugreen technician comes to your place, in order to make sure you get what you really need… I had been spraying weed killers because Trugreen hadn’t sprayed the weed killer treatment as agreed.PS Chris, the technician, was very friendly and there is no Complaints against him.Service: Weed control
