It was handled with grace and compassion and when I came in for my appointment today, they had replaced the chairs with 2 comfortable couches that I was able to sit comfortably in and get up from. She will style your hair from a photo, from your description, or she will suggest what she thinks will work for your hair which is the option I chose.
