I always get a welcome greeting when I walk in the door. They truly care about the comfort of every customer. Case in point - last visit, I had trouble getting out of the waiting room chair...I am a large woman with bad knees. I was embarrassed that I had to ask for help up. It was handled with grace and compassion and when I came in for my appointment today, they had replaced the chairs with 2 comfortable couches that I was able to sit comfortably in and get up from. She will style your hair from a photo, from your description, or she will suggest what she thinks will work for your hair which is the option I chose.
