Cass was truly amazing!! I’ve had some real chopped cuts in the past that have led to me being very nervous about getting my hair cut. Cass was super patient and talked through all the things we could try. What I really appreciated most was that throughout the cut, she would explain what she was doing and why. It definitely made me feel better about the whole situation and like she was truly listening and cared about the end product. Cass is awesome and does amazing work. Salon is beautiful.
So happy with my haircut from Lael! She perfectly recreated the short ‘90s look while adding her own creative touch with a shaved design in the back that made it stand out even more. She’s also incredibly warm and welcoming such a great experience overall!
