They were able to let me set up an appointment very quickly and outlined the process over the phone, which was much-appreciated- I've never been through this before. Upon arrival, everyone was very kind and patient with my tears. When it was time to let him go, the two people helping me were so sincere, professional and respectful. I didn't feel for a second like he was "just a cat." I was so surprised when they called me just a few hours later to say I could pick him up. It hadn't occurred to me to ask how long it would take.
