I worked with Charter in connection with the death of a long-time friend and client of mine. They were very professional, easy to deal with, and helped everyone thru this portion of the grieving process.
I had been looking for my father for 25 years - the last 3 knowing he had passed. I learned that he died in Kansas City, MO and when I received a copy of his death certificate, I saw that he had been taken care of by Charter Funerals. I immediately called them (it was Friday night) and I received a call back Saturday morning from Bridget. She was so patient with my New York brashness, professional and caring with my father's cremains and all around made the end of my journey so happy and joyous. Thank you Bridget.
