From the initial phone call the Penwell-Gabel staff were very professional and caring. Paige did a wonderful job in helping us plan for the cremation. We did not feel pressured into purchasing anything extra. We had requested a final viewing to say our good-byes prior to cremation and they set it up in a very tasteful and respectful manner.
