I’m in disbelief at the incredible service I received. I’m a service plumber & rely on my work van for my livelihood. It intermittently got stuck in park & i was constantly worried about getting stuck out on the road. I pulled into the lot & begged for help. They got my vehicle in immediately. Within 1hr they had diagnosed the issue, obtained the part, & fixed my van. The price was also much lower than I expected. How often does that happen these days?

Great place to get vehicle service done! I went there to get a diagnostic done for my brake pads, and they were able to discover a much bigger problem that I had. The mechanics were nice and upfront about how important it was to fix what was needed. During my wait, they did a good job of keeping me up-to-date on the process of the repairs. It was nice to hear my brakes working good thanks to these folks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rolled up for an oil change. They got me in and serviced the truck how I wanted. The best part of my experience is that the shop has Christian worship music playing, and the techs were happy and working hard.I normally maintain my truck but could not this service interval. The techs didn't try to sell me on anything or parts/filters. A sign of integrity.I had one of the best lunch breaks ever singing and bobbing along to songs of our Lord Jesus. This shop was wonderful.Albert, the manager, and his team appear to operate the best service shop in Overland Park, perhaps the metro.
