I’ve taken every car I have owned here and it’s always a good experience. They are great at explaining things thoroughly and communicating proactively! Even when there are issues the communication is great. And one thing I do appreciate that the tone or message doesn’t change when they are talking to me versus my husband.
Chad and his crew were fantastic. One of my wheels was almost falling off, they did not have the parts to fix it on hand but were able to get them delivered in less than 15 minutes. Then when doing a test drive they noticed something was still not right, lifted it again and found the root cause of the tire problem. They were able to have the new tire rod delivered promptly. I am incredibly grateful for the mechanics who were willing do the repair 90 minutes to closing on a holiday weekend.
This was such a great experience. Tyler and everyone that works at this location were awesome! Everyone is very professional and welcoming. Facilities such as waiting area and restroom are very clean. They also are accommodating with your budget. Great and fair prices. My husband and I will definitely continue to go to this location.
