Yoga in Olathe

“All the teachers I’ve taken classes with at Surya have been wonderful. The instructions are clear and there is not scrutiny about me being there as someone who isn’t thin and lean. I started April 30th in the beginner class and now with a variety of eight classes under my belt I can see improvement in my breathing and ability to stretch. Though I’m most thrilled about the energy increase and stress reduction I’ve experienced outside the studio. A special thank you to Annie, Emily, Keith, and Rachel for making me feel so welcome! I only wish I could fit daily classes in with my work schedule.“
