“I can't believe it. I am 74 years old and always a massage skeptic. I have a genetic mobility issue as well as having broken my leg/ankle. My gait was totally bad and developing a sore hip on the opposite leg from the broken one and my use of a can sometimes. I met the Masseuse and told her about my legs and hip. She told me to wait a week while she had time to research my genetic issue. When I arrived at a totally relaxing office we talked a bit and she began working on my legs. I wish I could say it was all pleasant but she moved my legs and muscles to places they had not seen in 25 years . The result was as worth it. Today I am walking in a much cleaner gait and no hip pain. I have already booked a follow up on a couple of weeks. I am no longer a skeptic and trust this woman to the MAX in making me feel better and have a more fluid movement. Rating her Megan) a 5 on this app is. Or her personality and caring rating less than 10 would be totally lacking. Awesome experience and result .“

“I'm an overweight male who has in the past not had good experiences with yoga, mostly because of my own issues. Taking classes at the Yoga Center has changed everything for me. While there is always an expectation that you try, that you give it your best, there's also no judgment when you can't do things like other people in the class. Yoga is supposed to be about you and your mat, and that's what it feels like. Also, I've had several good and talented yoga instructors, but words fail me in trying to explain what Anne Underwood is like as a teacher and mentor. She's quite simply the best. If you are on the fence about yoga, come try this. Seriously.“
