If I could give Fairway Exteriors more than five stars, I absolutely would.
Our home underwent a complete exterior transformation. Fairway removed all of our old stucco and deteriorated wood siding, repaired extensive wood rot, installed James Hardie siding, replaced 30 windows, installed a beautiful back door and painted the front door, and replaced both garage doors. This was a major renovation, and the finished product is even better than we imagined.
Before choosing a contractor, we met with two other highly regarded exterior companies in the Kansas City area. Fairway stood apart from the very beginning. Scott's proposal was by far the most detailed and thorough. He took the time to explain every aspect of the project, answered every question honestly, and his knowledge of James Hardie products and installation best practices gave us tremendous confidence that our home would be done the right way. That attention to detail ultimately made our decision an easy one.
Once construction began, Nick became our day-to-day project manager, and I honestly can't say enough about him. His communication was outstanding from start to finish. He responded to texts quickly, sent us videos throughout the day while we were at work so we could watch the progress, and always reached out before making any decisions that would affect the final appearance of our home. We never felt out of the loop.
The crews were exceptional. Every morning they arrived right at 7:30, worked incredibly hard throughout the day, and treated our property with tremendous respect. At the end of each day they cleaned the work area, organized materials, and left our home looking as neat as possible despite the size of the project. Every person we met was courteous, friendly, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship.
What impressed me most was the quality of the workmanship. Every detail mattered. Nothing looked rushed, and it was obvious that everyone cared about doing the job correctly.
Before construction even started, I created several AI renderings to visualize what our finished home might look like. I honestly thought those renderings looked incredible. Somehow, Fairway exceeded them. The finished home is even more beautiful than anything I had imagined.
The biggest compliment I can give is this: every single time we pull into our driveway, we are thrilled. It genuinely feels like we're coming home to a brand-new house, and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Adrian did a PHENOMENAL job at both my shop and home. I mean...PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!! This guy is SO GOOD! He just gets in there and does his thing as naturally as the rest of us breathe! It’s amazing! No way you could find a more qualified and talented guy! He makes the paint hit the wall like it’s butter!!!
I really love this location the manager Kaci is so amazing a nice. She always helps me right away if I have issues and gets them resolved. I've been coming to this location for years. I hope the owner knows how lucky they are to have her. As for the cleaning Pride is top notch and if something isn't done well they will redo it free of charge.
I usually go for three bids on any project. Smith Brothers was the only bid I got. The others were companies I'd even used before. I would have probably picked them anyway and will toss my three bid rule next time I need tree work. Fair. Fast. Fantastic. Tim, Scott and crew were pleasant neat and worked out a compromise trimming that satisfied my wife and me. The tree won't get better, but we'll get a few more years from it.
Always feels good to get my eyes checked here. Dr Bunde and his crew are so nice and thorough. He answers all my questions and gives me great tips to keep my eyes healthy.
