As soon as it arrived he was able to install the HVAC and then came back for the plumbing. Unfortunately, as with an old house and previous owner repairs, he ran into some problems, but was able to make the repairs. Carl is very responsive and kept me updated on all issues and cost. So I made the call directly to him and he came back and replaced the fan motor. I was pleased with his service and his customer service. Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive!
