“Ballard went above & beyond to fixing a destructive leak in my cafe. As a small business owner, having a $6k quote from a commercial plumbing company & having to close for half a week to allow for repair, was something I could not afford -- luckily, Brad came by for a second opinion. Brad was able to fix the issue immediately, cut the cost into less than half, and I did not have to temporarily close. The fix was done well, as we have had no other issues. “We have used Frank’s for years for both AC and Furnace maintenance and repairs. Always affordable and prompt service! One of the nicest guys around. This is a small town mom and pop business that treat their customers as such. No, they do not return your phone call within 30 minutes (they check their phones twice a day, in am and pm) but after they arrive for service/repair he will give you his personal cell if you have any other issues.“

“This is a business that you can rely on to communicate promptly and get out to your house quickly. After some issues scheduling with our home warranty company, I received a call from Mark that he would be out to our house in 10 minutes - and upon meeting him there, he had the problem fixed in another 10. He also offered some good suggestions for maintaining our furnace in between tune-ups. He said - "you've got my number, call anytime". I'll take him up on that, but after his service on our furnace, I'm expecting I won't have to anytime soon.“
