I called at 8:00 a.m. on a day that was projected to be 100 as our air conditioner had stopped working. Cody arrived at approximately 1:30 and had us going in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous and informative. We will definitely call Fenix again if needed.

Had no AC and Fenix sent out Mateo to diagnose. He found a wire with a nick in it that caused the contactor and capacitor to go bad. He replaced both and got the unit back up and running. Very professional and prompt service on a hot day.
