I have had good service from Alpha Heating and Air a couple times now. I had an issue with my furnace as it would cycle on and off constantly. They replaced the control board and the blower motor but it still didn't fix it. It was an issue with the thermostat. Tom was able to work with us on the price since it wasn't diagnosed correctly at first. I will continue giving them my business!Service: HVAC system repair

All sad stories have a happy ending right! Well my AC quit blowing cold air which made for a miserable night. Called Tom at Alpha who was able to fit me in at 5pm. By 10:30am, Geoff calls and says he can fit me in now. Here I was preparing myself to fork out $$$ and melting. Geoff comes in, fixes a small part, educates me on what it does, is polite and respectful and I spent way way less than I was expecting. And in 30 min my AC is fixed and blowing cool air. Now this might be the crisp cool air that's talking but I am over the moon thrilled with this company and the service they provided. Tom even called to check on me when all was completed. I had great service and Lamar was extremely nice, professional and right on time. He was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Also gave me some good tips on how to take better care of my AC unit. Due to this great service, I will be calling Alpha with any issues I have in the future.Services: A/C system maintenance
