Having a foreign body lodged in the inside of your eyelid continuously etching and re-etching your cornea and eyeball for 24 hours really puts "having a bad day" into perspective... although it sure puts everything else out of focus.I feel compelled to thank my eye doctor, Dr. Frankel, of Dr. Frankel Optometry in Lenexa KS for being the only one of 3 separate physicians who saw me for this issue to have the thoroughness to actually find and remove the offending particle from my eye. And if all that wasn't enough... he did all this on his day off. Thank you for the largest selection of frames I have seen, for great explanation of eyewear options, for the superior durability and quality of my glasses, and for the timely preparation in a time of need. Thank you I will hopefully return.

My visit with Dr. Frankel was one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. I followed up with him on a prescription a week after the examination, and he took the time to reach out to the lab on his day off to check the status of my glasses. He didn't have to do that, and I was highly impressed.
