Mason arrived on time for service. He checked all resources to no avails to discover parts not available. He gave his opinions based off service calls to suggest best dryers for purchase. He also explained $50. From my service call could be used towards purchase from Shark Appliance. We called Appliance Shark to repair our off-balance washing machine, and they were able to service our appliance the same day. Our technician was so professional and was able to fix the problem in no time at all. I would recommend Appliance Shark to anyone in the Lawrence area.
