“In February, I celebrated my bachelorette/bridal shower at Mud & Lotus with the 2hr Soak & Sauna Garden Party. My group wanted to schedule massage services during the party as well, and M&L was able to work out a schedule with us so we rotated out. It was very refreshing and relaxing. My SIL really appreciated the dry sauna. My MIL got a mud facial, which was a new experience for her that she really enjoyed. My friends all loved their massages and felt their tension melt away. And I reveled in the soaking tub -- feeling the brisk winter wind on my face while I was stretched out and toasty was so calming that I was able to set aside my stress and anxieties for a little bit. It was such a lovely time and the staff were so friendly. I'll definitely find a time to visit again!“

“Ally and staff are amazing! The space is super calming, just as it should be. Sophia and Dash are the 2 therapist I have had massages from. Dash is wonderful, especially for deep tissues. Perfect amount of pressure and he even educates about the muscles etc and what kind of stretching one can do to help the troublesome areas. Sophia also does a great deep tissue, but her sweedish massage- *chefs kiss* Friendly, professional staff that truly seem to care about you and your experience! ☆☆☆☆“
