“In February, I celebrated my bachelorette/bridal shower at Mud & Lotus with the 2hr Soak & Sauna Garden Party. My group wanted to schedule massage services during the party as well, and M&L was able to work out a schedule with us so we rotated out. It was very refreshing and relaxing. My SIL really appreciated the dry sauna. My MIL got a mud facial, which was a new experience for her that she really enjoyed. My friends all loved their massages and felt their tension melt away. And I reveled in the soaking tub -- feeling the brisk winter wind on my face while I was stretched out and toasty was so calming that I was able to set aside my stress and anxieties for a little bit. I had so much tension and areas of muscle strain he was able to release a majority of these areas in an hour and a half.
