“After finding a gas leak in our basement yesterday, Black Hills shut our gas off until we could get it repaired. I called Advanced late afternoon, and was told everyone was booked up for the day but they would get someone out first thing in the morning. Sure enough, he was there right at 8am and was able to get the line fixed, along with capping off some pipes from decades ago that are no longer in use. We had our gas service back on by 10am! Both the woman on the phone and the plumber who came to the house were friendly and easy to talk to. On top of that it was more affordable than I expected! They made a stressful situation easy and I’d definitely recommend them.“
