Habersain was a huge help! Got out quickly, figured out the issue and completed the repair to our toilet quickly. He made sure to look downstairs where we noticed the leak for any additional issues too! They also sent out a remediation tech that was helpful as well.
Our sump pump quit and we called RotoRooter at 630am. By 8 am, Adam was at our door! He surveyed the situation and within an hour, had a new and better sump pump put in. They are also going to do some restoration work on carpet etc. and I’m sure they will provide the same professionalism!
Fabio was awesome. He worked so hard and he was working in a basement without much room to do so. Just when he was starting to finish up, it started raining and he was working in that, too. He did a great job and I would definitely ask for him the next time that I have a plumbing issue!
