Keaton was absolutely amazing. He was quick to get out to take a look at my basement and was able to fit us right in. He was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He communicated well with me when he would be arriving and leaving my house even if I was there. At the end, Keaton did find some evidence of water intrusion and was kind enough to ensure it was completely dry before he removed all his equipment. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of flood repairs. They do incredible work!
A genuinely positive experience from start to finish — Keaton was reassuring, responsive, and so knowledgeable throughout the entire project. No one WANTS to get storm water in their basement, but if it happens, Red Carpet Restoration will get you through it.
