I've been replacing my Andersen windows that were put installed in 1996. I used Home Depot for the first 5. My windows never got ordered ( due to them not ordering them when I purchased them) till the date they were supposed to be installed. They had given me a quote for the next 4 I wanted replaced I called KLM because I couldn't bring myself to use Home Depot again. The bid I got from them was actually lower than the Home Depot was. My windows arrived on the date they told me and installed the next week. They did a great job. They even fixed a problem I had with the Home Depot installation on one window.
