Not only did we get a great bid, I felt like I could really trust the staff.We had a small section of shingles that needed to be replaced on the front side of our house. When the repair was done, the shingles were completely the wrong color. It looked we had a white hole in our roof.This was on a Friday. I called Monday morning, and Kristie immediately put me at ease. I sent pictures of what was installed, and she agreed it was unacceptable.Imagine my surprise when Tuesday afternoon the contractor came back and the shingles were reinstalled at no extra charge.
