Our AC hadn't been keeping up this summer, so we called Dunco to have them repair it/recharge it. Unfortunately, we needed to replace the whole system. While I don't know if we got a competitive price, I do know that the two installers they sent out, Brent and Quentin, were excellent. They worked a 13+ hour day to make sure we had AC. They made sure everything was perfect after encountering MULTIPLE setbacks. Even though it was hot and everything went wrong, they were courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. We just had Brent and Quinton install a new HVAC system in our house. They were absolute rockstars! Our house is, let's say, quirky, and they were crushing it for all 13 hours of work! They were great at giving us updates, and letting us know what specific obstacle they were currently dealing with. They were EXTREMELY professional the whole time and did an incredible job. I recently had an ADA toilet installed in my home by another company and was not pleased with their work. The toilet was wobbling. I chose not to have them come back and called Dunco instead.
