I had an issue with a leaking copper pipe in my basement and Tony from Blue Duck came out and did a fantastic job fixing it. Originally when I called they said thaat they would be oout then next morning and so Tony called about two hours later and said he would be there in 40 minutes. He fixed the problem and it all works great now.. A wonderful nice man and he really knew his stuff. Thanks Tony for a job well done!!
Gage and Kaden were extremely professional and thorough. They helped us out in a major way when another company left us in a bad spot. Very thankful to have them do such great work.
So, my experience with Blue Duck went a bit off the rails. But that was because they were trying to do something harder for them that would cost less for me — and it didn't quite work. When that happened, they took full responsibility and made it right. I've dealt with a few contractors in Lawrence and this was so pleasant and stress-free, it was worth every penny of my (kind of substantial) outlay. Orion, Mike, Marcus and Autry were all fantastic. I would highly recommend Blue Duck for your needs.
