This is 50/50 review. I have been with WM for around 20 years with my business. We just have a 4 yard dumpster. Things are overall smooth on the pick up and the drivers. Where I have issue with the contracts and billing. Every time my contract expires I have to call and renegotiate my rate to keep it economical. They would charge me 2-3x as much. That is frustrating as a longtime customer. My other frustration is with their AI cameras finding ways to charge you. This last bill I received had a $100 surcharge noted as "tire incident". I do not dispose of tires. Nor is my dumpster visible or accessible to the public. I called and they sent me a video. The so-called tire is a washing machine drum/tub that I tossed after a recent repair. Once this was brought to their attention it was told that this matter would be provided to a review team. They would process this within 7-14 days. If they agreed this was not tires they would then submit for approval of a credit, which is another 30 days. This is wrong and backwards. The review team should look at the AI images and determine if a charge should be issued. Not blanket charges and then refund those who dispute. It is logical to say there are tens of thousands of dollars WM collects because of this egregious billing method. Shame on you all for this method. I will be looking around.

I called and he immediately gave me an appointment and fixed my laptop in under twenty minutes. He is by appointment only so make sure to call before heading over to him. He is very knowledgeable and won’t run up the price like Best Buy or those big box stores. He is definitely worth going to for all your computer needs.
Wonderful! Jamie really helped me out. I had a horrific smell in my car. He was able to find that there was a spill with a puddle of foul liquid in my spare tire well. In less than an hour, he cleaned and deodorized the smell. I’m grateful. I will be back!

My hair was bleached by mistake. I had streaks of blonde, copper tones, and dark browns. My roots had also been YELLOW. It’s been fixed by Shear Beauty I absolutely love it ? Crystal Lott came in on her day off to help me with my hair and squeezed me in immediately. The consultation was so helpful and informational and I’m so happy she was able to get me where I wanted!

Listen, my hair is super difficult to get right. This dude hooked me up with one of the best skin fades I’ve ever had. It transitioned perfect for my comb over if you’re in the military this is the best place to go. I’ve been all over town and this dude got it so right I couldn’t have asked for a better cut. Music was fire to ??

Got a haircut at this establishment a couple of weeks ago, and this is hands down the best haircut I that I have gotten since I’ve been here. I asked for a high bald fade, and he knocked it out of the park! No leftover hair was missed, my edge up was very crispy. I will definitely be coming back here !

This is a great place to get a military haircut. Cheaper than the exchange and the hairstylists are extremely friendly. The fact that they knew to trim the hair off the ears without being asked told me they've been cutting military hair a long time.
Brought my grandmother to Embrace for a consult. My grandmother is going through chemo, and wanted the basic information and learning tools on how to care for a wig. Stylist Ki was so patient and answered all our questions. This is already a difficult time for my grandmother, but watching her walk out of her appointment feeling good about these next steps in her journey gave me so much relief. Can’t thank this salon enough for taking the time to chat with her.

Chris did some work that was really important to me, clean lines and shadowing. Over all amazing work. And she does stand behind her work, after the swelling went down I noticed some lines that didn’t get enough ink, she sat me down and fixed it no charge. Will definitely be back to finish my sleeve

Great experience throughout! Everyone was hard working with strict attention to detail. It was a joy to work with all of them. They demolished a disaster of a 3 season porch and replaced it with a covered patio they also resided the house to include soffits. Doors were replaced too. Couldn't be happier. Will be using them again for my next project. Highly recommend!

I never got around to leaving a review before I moved but still wanted to leave one.
I used to frequently board my Shiba Inu here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only was the pricing reasonable, but the staff was always amazing and accommodating. When he was due for vaccines they did them the same day I dropped him off for boarding. When I had to go on last minute trips, they always had space for him. Whenever I called to set up boarding, they would be excited to hear he was coming in again. My boy was always very well taken care of and he seemed to always love going there. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!
Vanessa and Dr. Wacker were amazing with Mila my pitty terrier. She was nervous at first but they took all the time Mila needed in order to get her comfortable enough to check on her ears. And the treats helped a lot too!! Super patient and understanding. I recommend this Animal Doctor for your pets.

My wife, Christina, traveled from KCKS to bring our little dog Indie to Town & Country, thanks to a friend's recommendation who lives in the area. Indie had a cracked tooth with an abscess on his face.
We were pleased with the service on the phone when we set our appointment, since the receptionist scheduled our exam for one day, and the presumed treatment the following day. This made our travel from out of town efficient.
The vet was down-to-earth and only did the necessary treatment. Indie got X-rays, teeth cleaning, two teeth removed, and the abscess cleaned up. We were also happy the vet did not send home any more meds than absolutely needed to help Indie heal. We like keeping our little guy as all-natural as possible.
The cost of treatment was very fair, especially compared to big-city vet clinics. For all these reasons, we can recommend taking the drive to Junction City for your favorite animal care. We’ll be heading back in February to get his vaccinations done and a nice follow-up visit.
Indie is back on his feet, feeling much more like his normal self. He enjoys two bowls of veggies every day, loves all kinds of beans, and deer meat from his hunting friends. He’s been spoiled with some soft canned food this week since his dental work, but will be back on his kibble in a few days.

I can't say enough good things about the care my dogs receive at Flint Hills Vet. The staff is always friendly and flexible and they are so knowledgeable and amazing with my girls. I feel like they understand my dogs and listen to any concerns and answer every question. They go above and beyond and I'm greatful for the 10+yrs we have been taking our animals there.
