Jayden and Kaeden done an excellent job on our move out carpet clean. Would highly recommend the Carpet Masters company to anyone in the Fort Riley, Manhattan, and Junction City area! Their team took a lot of stress off our family during an already stressful move. They're very personable and provide more services than carpet cleaning. Super smooth scheduling and cleaning process; Kayden called before arrival to inform me of expected arrival. Great job gentlemen! We appreciate you two!
I heard Ronald cleaning the carpets in the recently vacated apartment across the hall from me. So I inquired about price, as I am anticipating moving, hopefully in a few months. He was gracious enough to do some spot shampooing to show the professionalism of his work. It turned out really good. I am pleased and will be making an appointment closer to when I am finally able to move. Thank you Ronald I appreciate you and all you do.
From start to finish, mean from calling to setup my appointment to completing the cleaning. I greatly appreciate the professional customer service! It was very welcoming, and something hard to come across these days!
Mr. Ron and his new partner were very knowledgeable, professional, proficient and polite!
