We are newer to the area and hadn't yet acquired a vet. The day before we were supposed to leave on vacation, our kitty's eye became very inflamed. We frantically called area vets at 8am on a Saturday morning to try to get her seen. There was some luck involved, that Flint Hills had 1appointment available for that day. All of the offices we called were insanely busy even at 8am. A noticeable difference at Flint Hills was a higher level of professionalism and calmness while on the phone with the receptionist than I experienced during other phone calls that day. Our old rescue dog Rampage had went to doggy heaven we took him to Flint Hills to get cremated and a clay print. He was the best dog ever and our hearts were broken. Flint Hills went out of their way and made this process easy. To dropping off and picking him up. They even sent a condolence card that the staff signed. We read it as a family during dinner and it touched our hearts. Thank you Flint Hills.

When we arrived here they were very accommodating with boarding my dogs and very thorough with the exams on each pet. They are also very compassionate too.Recently my dog unexpectedly passed away at home. I called them up to assist me, and they were so caring.They even gave me a card with hand written condolence messages from the whole team Dr included. This place is top notch!
