This is my first time getting my hair professionally done with bleach and toner and I had a dream of what I wanted and she surpassed that dream! Genesis was my stylist and she was so conversational and attentive and her skill shows with the seamless blending she did.
1st time around I paid $45. only half my bangs got cut and it was in a little upside-down v shape when I asked for rounded. I said a butterfly cut but just got long layers. I said ok its fine because I didn't want to keep cutting. 2nd time I paid $15. I asked to be fixed and trying to be nice said maybe I didn't ask/describe what I wanted very well the 1st time. owner assured me they would fix it. I went in she pulled up a picture of exactly what I wanted. the left side of my hair is exactly what I wanted but not the right side. my bangs on right side some are to bottom of my nose while left side is at my eyebrows. the side pieces on right side are choppy faceframing. its horrible! I kept trying to describe to fix it like the left side even saying multiple times I loved the left side and wanted the right to match it. but then I got overwhelmed and said IDK just leave it. I left with tears and they still charged me $15 more. pictures in comments.
I’ve gone a couple times now to shear envy and both times were really amazing. I had Crystal cut my hair and give me a pretty big change and add a bunch of fun layers and she was awesome. I had a really good time as well as her making me feel really comfortable and my hair turned out amazing! I had an appointment with Paola recently and she did my nails. I switched from acrylic to gelx and I love them. She was really nice to talk to. I cannot wait for my next appointment!
